Our approach
We don't treat web, visibility, content and advertising as separate jobs but as parts of one growth system. We start where the need begins and point the whole structure at the same goal.

Frequently asked questions
Questions about working with MAKK.
We handle the four jobs a business needs to win customers online: websites and online shops; visibility on Google and AI search, including advertising; content and social media; and AI and automation. You don't have to sign up for all four. But everything we take on is built to work together: visitors from ads land on pages designed to sell, and your website's data steers your advertising and content.
You could, but then connecting everything becomes your job. A separate ads specialist, web agency and content team each look at their own numbers. If the ads bring clicks but the website doesn't sell, nobody takes responsibility. We look at the result as a whole: a single dashboard shows us which channel actually brings in customers, and we move the budget there. If you only need one service, we're happy to take on just that.
We use AI where it genuinely delivers results, not for show: research, analysis, first drafts and ongoing monitoring. It isn't limited to one service; it runs through everything we do, from keyword research and ad reports to content plans and automation workflows. We follow the market closely: we don't miss major changes such as Google's core updates, Meta's Andromeda ad system or updates to GA4, and we put them into practice straight away. A person always makes the decisions and has the final word.
We don't sell fixed packages. The price depends on the work and is always itemised in the proposal. Projects such as a website or an online shop are charged as a one-off fee; ongoing work such as content production is billed at a fixed monthly rate. You pay your ad budget directly to the platform, and we add no mark-up. After a short initial assessment we send a proposal, and there are no surprise costs later.
A company website typically goes live in four to eight weeks; for an online shop, it depends on the number of products. For search visibility, technical fixes often show results within a few weeks, and six months is realistic for a first sound assessment. Ongoing services have no minimum term: you can stop at any time with one month's notice. What keeps you with us should be the results, not a clause in a contract.
You do, all of it. The domain, hosting, website, ad accounts, Analytics and Search Console are set up in your company's name; we only get admin access. If we stop working together, you remove our access, and the website, data, campaign history and content stay with you. This is where businesses lose the most when they switch agencies, which is why we set up every account in your name from day one.
You email us a few lines about your business and what you want to achieve, and we reply within 48 hours. On a video or phone call, we then look at your current situation together: your website, your ad accounts, your position in search. We tell you what will make a difference first and why, and send an itemised proposal. If you accept, we start by setting up measurement, so you can see what changes from day one.
Yes. We work entirely remotely, with businesses anywhere in the world. We hold meetings by video or phone and work in German, Turkish and English. We also build websites and content in these three languages, each written for readers in that market. Not being in the same city is no drawback, because all of the work happens online anyway.
If you're mainly after the lowest price or a small one-off job, we're not the right choice. Nor are we if you want a guaranteed number one spot on Google, a set number of followers or fixed sales figures; nobody can honestly guarantee those. We work best with businesses that want to make winning customers online a lasting part of their business, and are ready to work with us for a few months to get there.
