Content that sounds like you, published on time.

An empty black frame leans forward on a dark concrete plinth; behind it stands a translucent panel shading from grey into warm orange, against a plain cream background.

Together we work out what there is to say. We produce the photos and videos, and we run the content calendar.

Where you are

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • You know what you want to say, but never get round to it?

Day to day, posting slips to the bottom of the list. Then a month goes by and the account stays quiet.

  • Do your posts feel like they don't belong together?

Three posts one week, none the next month. Colour, tone and wording change every time; what you end up with isn't an account but an unsorted archive.

  • No decent photos to show?

There are phone snaps, but nothing you'd actually want to show. Your product and your work are better than they look.

  • You post, but nothing comes back?

Likes come in, enquiries don't. Because nobody measures which post actually did anything, the same things get repeated.

  • Does every launch or season catch you off guard?

Something gets thrown together just before the date. An unprepared campaign does more damage than none at all.

Scope

What we take on for you.

  1. Content strategy and content calendar

We start by working out who we're talking to and what about: which subjects represent your business properly, and which of those your customers actually care about. Those become three or four fixed themes: the product, behind the scenes, the customer story. Every post belongs to one of them, so the account doesn't drift. The content calendar is built around your year: seasons, holidays, your own busy periods. You sign it off before the month starts. We also decide here which channels to use; you don't have to be everywhere.

A laptop on cream stone; on screen a monthly content calendar with topics across the days and approval ticks.
  2. Photo, video and copy

We produce the photos, videos and copy. The copy is written with keyword research behind it, so posts work in search as well as in the feed. Each channel has its own format: vertical video, a carousel, a single image. We adapt the content to the format rather than pushing the same thing out everywhere. And each piece has exactly one job: to show, to build trust, or to prompt the next step.

A phone stands upright on cream stone; on screen the product photo of a leather bag, and in front of it two photos from the same set as printed cards.
  3. Publishing and review

Planned content goes out on time, with holidays and busy periods factored in. At the end of the month we explain in plain English what happened, and we look past likes to the signals that count: saves, profile visits, messages coming in. Likes are nice, but they don't make anyone a customer. Next month's calendar is built on that picture. Comments and messages are yours to answer, and that's deliberate: you know your customers, and the account should keep sounding like you. For the tricky ones, we give you template replies.

  4. Campaigns and launches

A new product, the start of a season, an opening: dates like these need their own preparation. A campaign isn't one post but a series: first the anticipation, then the product, then the announcement on the day. The reminder afterwards is part of the plan too. All of it is ready before the date, so the campaign day isn't a scramble. If you want ads behind it, that's Visibility & Performance; this page is the organic side.

Our approach

We're upfront about how we work.

  • Consistency over volume

Three generic posts a week do nothing for anyone. Fewer posts that fit do more than lots of empty ones, and we build the calendar around that.

  • We write the way you speak

Content should read as if it came from you. Agency-speak is easy to spot; the moment your customers notice it, your post turns into an advert.

  • Material and accounts stay with you

You also get the photos, videos and copy we produce, and the accounts are set up in your company's name. If we part ways, the archive stays with you.

Process

Four steps to a consistent account.

  1. Where you stand

We look at your existing channels, the photos you already have, and what competitors are doing. We write down what's missing.

  2. Strategy and calendar

We set the fixed themes, the channels and how often we post. You sign off the first month's calendar.

  3. Production

We produce the photos, videos and copy. Nothing goes live until you've seen it.

  4. Publishing and review

Content goes out as planned; at the end of the month we look at what worked and build the next month on that.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

The number isn't fixed up front; it comes out of the content calendar, depending on which channels we're on and what there is to say. Rather than three generic posts a week, we'd rather produce fewer posts that land. You see the first month's calendar, and the number is there in black and white.

Photos, videos and copy are on us. From you we need two things: a short conversation about what there is to say, and signing off the calendar once a month. If you don't like a post, say so and we'll change it; nothing goes live without your approval. All in all, it takes a few hours of your time a month. Plus the occasional shoot at your place.

You do, and that's deliberate. You're the one who knows your customers; the moment an agency template gets in between, that closeness is gone, and only you can give the right answer to a question about price or a complaint. For the tricky ones, we give you template replies.

The ones that suit your business. You don't have to be everywhere; running two channels properly beats leaving five half done. Which ones actually reach your customers is something we work out in the initial assessment, and we explain the choice.

We work on a monthly flat fee: you know from the start what you're paying, and we don't count hours. The amount depends on the number of channels, the frequency and the kind of content: two channels with a few posts a month isn't the same job as weekly video across four channels. After the initial assessment you get an itemised quote.

No. This page is about the organic side: producing content and publishing it on schedule. Ads are a separate service and belong under Visibility & Performance; there you pay the media budget directly to the platform and we add no margin. Running both together often makes sense, but they're agreed separately, so it stays clear what you're paying for.

No, you can stop with one month's notice. One thing we say up front though: content doesn't show results in a few weeks. It takes a few months for the calendar to settle, for what works to become clear, and for us to adjust accordingly. There's no lock-in, but judging by a short trial will mislead you.

The bigger picture

Content on its own isn't enough.

Someone who sees a post looks at your website, comes across you in search, and later sees you again in an ad. That's why we build the four areas as one whole, not four separate jobs.
