AI visibility check
Can your customers find you on Google and in AI answers?
Our free AI visibility check shows whether ChatGPT mentions your business when customers ask for what you offer. We also check your Google Business Profile and how you appear on Google Maps, and show which platforms customers in your industry search on.
Where do your customers search?
The top results are often platforms, not websites.
Your customers search not only on Google but also on platforms like Amazon, Galaxus, Trendyol, Doctolib or Lieferando. Which ones matter depends on country and industry: an online shop in Germany needs different platforms from one in Turkey, and a trades business different ones from a medical practice.

In all three countries, if customers come to you or you go to them, you need a Google Business Profile: it's what puts your business on Google Maps. In Turkey, the same goes for Yandex Maps. Depending on what you sell, you may also need specialist platforms, such as Zalando for fashion or Etsy for handmade goods.
Language matters too: run the same search in another language and the first page often shows different businesses.
The list comes from our research and is not a ranking. We build it the same way for other countries. In the report we check what actually appears on the first page for your industry where you are.
The report
Four questions the report answers.
Does ChatGPT mention you?
We ask ChatGPT the questions your customers would ask and go through every answer. You'll see how often your business comes up, which competitors are recommended instead and which websites ChatGPT cites as sources.
How do you show up on Google?
Your Business Profile on Google Maps, your reviews compared with those of the top-ranked competitors, whether Google and Bing have indexed your website, and whether search engines and AI services are allowed to read it.
Where should you be listed?
We list the platforms where customers in your country and industry search: up to three you should be on, paid ones that may be worth it, and those you can skip.
What should you do first?
Three to five steps in a sensible order. If you like, we'll do them for you.

- Recommended instead of you

Process
Three steps to your report.
Fill in the form
You give us your website address and your email address. Without a website, your business name and location are enough.
Measured, then reviewed by experts
We look at your website and ask ChatGPT your customers' questions the way your customers use it. We check every result before it goes into the report.
Report by email
Your report arrives by email within 2 working days. AI answers change from week to week, so it also shows the date of the check.
Our approach
Real answers, not a score.
Counting, not grading
A number from 0 to 100 doesn't tell you what to do. We write down what we saw: “in 4 of 25 answers”.
Every question five times
The same question can get a different answer from ChatGPT each time, so a single answer proves nothing.
In your customers' language
We ask in the language your customers search in (English, German or Turkish) and about businesses in your area.
No guarantee
No one can promise that an AI will recommend you. The report shows where you stand today and what Google and OpenAI themselves list as requirements.
Scope
ChatGPT is only part of the picture.
The free check covers one language in one location, and ChatGPT is the only AI service it measures. In the full audit we also measure Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Mode, add more languages or locations, check your directory listings in full and decide with you what to tackle first.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions.
The simplest way is to ask ChatGPT, without logging in, what your customers would ask, for example “Which painter and decorator in Stuttgart would you recommend?”, and to repeat the same question several times. The AI visibility check does this systematically: five questions, each asked five times, plus Google, Google Maps and the platforms in your industry.
Usually it's one of three things: your website blocks ChatGPT's search crawler (OAI-SearchBot), it doesn't show up on Bing, or your business is missing from the sites ChatGPT draws on (directories, review sites, platforms). And ChatGPT decides afresh with every answer: a business it leaves out today can be recommended tomorrow. The check shows what's missing, and we can fix it for you.
Yes. The report costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If you'd like us to carry out the steps for you, just reply to the email containing your report.
Many automated checkers return a score within seconds. We review the results before we send them: we write the questions for your business, evaluate the answers and check the platforms in your industry for your location. That takes up to 2 working days.
In the free check we look at ChatGPT, without logging in, the way your customers see it. The full audit adds Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Google AI Mode, so you see where you stand whichever service your customers use.
ChatGPT writes each answer afresh and often draws on current search results as it does. That's why we ask every question five times and record the date.
An SEO audit mostly looks at the technical state of your website. We check whether customers can find you: in ChatGPT answers, on Google and Google Maps, and on the platforms in your industry.
Yes. Tick “I don't have a website (yet)” and give us your business name and location. We can check Google Maps and the ChatGPT answers without a website. If it turns out you need a website, we can build it with you.
The free check covers one language in one location, usually your main market. The full audit covers several countries or languages, such as the UK and Germany.
We use your website address (or business name and location) and your email address for this report and, if you agree, one follow-up email. We ask ChatGPT the questions your customers would ask, but never give it your contact details. You'll find more in the privacy policy.
