Etsy shops that sell.

A handmade ceramic mug with a speckled glaze stands on a dark concrete plinth; beside it leans a black-framed screen showing a simple item page with the same mug as the cover image and three small thumbnails. Warm light falls from the left.

We edit your product photos, write your listings in English, German and Turkish around the words your buyers search for, and look after your ads and your shop.

Starting point

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • You have an Etsy shop, but hardly any visitors?

Your titles and tags describe your pieces the way you name them, not the way buyers search for them. Your pieces are well made, but they don't show up in search.

  • Do your photos fall short of your work?

On Etsy, buyers look at the photo first. A picture taken on the kitchen table in poor light shows the piece, but not the care that went into it.

  • Have your titles turned into long keyword lists?

The old advice was to fit as many keywords into the title as possible. But Etsy search also reads your tags and attributes, and the 13 tags are where search terms really belong. Your title can stay short and readable.

  • Is your Etsy advertising not paying for itself?

The daily budget gets spent, but you can't see which items sell through ads. On top of that, once your shop passes 10,000 US dollars in sales over twelve months, Offsite Ads become mandatory, with a fee on the sales they bring in.

  • Selling to the EU without the required safety information?

The EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) requires manufacturer details and safety information in Etsy listings too, plus an EU-based responsible person if the manufacturer is outside the EU. Etsy has added a dedicated field for this in the listing.

  • Few orders from abroad?

Many Etsy buyers are in the US and the UK. They search in their own words, and without well-written English titles and tags they rarely find your pieces.

Your situation

How we approach your situation.

What we don't do: we don't open Etsy shops, give legal or tax advice, or sell courses. We never show your pieces as anything other than what they are, and we don't buy reviews or favourites. Both can put your shop at risk.

  • If your shop is new or has only a few items

Etsy gives new listings a short boost in search. Listings that get clicked, favourited and bought during that time stay near the top, so a listing has to be complete from day one.

    • Before we write, we find out which words buyers use to look for pieces like yours and which of them other shops already own.
    • You get a list of the angles, lighting and in-use shots to take; a phone is enough.
    • We keep the title short and readable and spread your search terms across the 13 tags and the attributes.
  • If your shop sells, but not enough

Here the work starts with measuring, not writing: without a baseline, nobody can show what a change achieved.

    • We record the listing's views, visits, favourites and orders before we change anything.
    • We improve the light, colour and framing of your photos and choose your strongest shot as the cover image in search.
    • We decide together which items to advertise; budget moves from listings that don't sell to those that do.
  • If you sell internationally

Many Etsy buyers are in the US and the UK. If you sell to them, or ship into the EU from outside it, two things matter: the language of the listing and the information the EU requires.

    • We write titles, tags and descriptions directly in each language, with separate keyword research for each market.
    • Selling into the EU requires manufacturer details and safety information, plus an EU-based responsible person if the manufacturer is outside the EU. We tell you what's missing; we don't take on that role ourselves.
    • A new listing has no favourites or sales yet. A small ad budget brings the first visitors and shows which search terms work.

Scope

What we take on for you.

  1. Editing your product photos

Etsy requires your own photos of the actual item, taken by you or someone you hired. That's why we don't create scenes with AI; we edit your photos. We correct the light, colour and framing, simplify the background and make every image look consistent. We prepare the cover image so it stands out even as a small thumbnail in search. For missing angles and in-use shots, you get a photo list you can shoot with your phone.

A tablet shows the same handmade leather tote before and after: on the left on a kitchen table in dim light, on the right edited on a calm linen background. The laptop shows a listing gallery of the edited photos, the phone a four-item shot list.
  2. Etsy SEO: titles, tags and descriptions

Etsy search reads your title, 13 tags, category, attributes and description. We research the words buyers use to look for pieces like yours and put them in the right places. The title stays short and readable instead of stuffed with keywords. We also look at how the most successful shops in your category present and describe their items. We write English, German and Turkish directly in each language.

A tablet shows the listing editor for the same leather tote with a short title and the attributes category, colour and material. The phone shows the item page, the laptop all 13 tags as rounded chips.
  3. Etsy Ads and Offsite Ads

We decide with you which items to advertise and track which ads sell and which only cost clicks. Because Etsy team members can't access advertising, we give you the settings step by step and you apply them. For Offsite Ads, we weigh the fee against the extra sales and tell you whether taking part is worth it while you still have the choice.

A tablet shows ad statistics for five items from a leather goods shop with views, clicks and orders; the leather tote is highlighted. The phone shows three steps for the ad settings, the laptop weekly clicks and orders.
  4. Etsy shop management

If you like, we look after your shop on an ongoing basis: listing new items, updating seasonal listings in good time and answering buyer messages on your behalf. You add us through Etsy's team feature, so you don't need to share your password, and you can remove our access at any time. The shop stays in your name.

A laptop shows the autumn collection of a leather goods shop with eight items and a new listing button. The phone shows buyer messages, the tablet a team access card with the shop owner and a team member, with no password shared.

Our approach

One listing or your whole shop.

  • The item in the photo never changes

Buyers should get what they saw in the photo. We edit your photos, but we never change the item's colour, size or material, and we don't create scenes with AI.

  • Every listing is measured

Before we change anything, we record the listing's views, visits, favourites and orders. After the work goes live, we compare the same numbers. All you need to do is share your stats with us once a month.

  • Your shop, your style

We change how your pieces are shown and described, not what they are. Your tone, your story and your prices remain your decision. We don't need your password, and we don't tie you into a minimum term.

Process

Better listings in four steps.

  1. Photos and shop

You send us the link to your shop and your product photos; for a new item, a short description is enough.

  2. Competitor analysis

We review successful shops in your category, your listings, search terms and required information, and record the baseline.

  3. Quote and delivery

You get a written fixed-price quote, for a single listing or your whole shop. Once you approve it, we create the photos and copy; you see every listing before it goes live.

  4. Measure and scale

After a few weeks we compare the numbers with the baseline. What works is rolled out to the rest of the shop.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Many providers only work on a monthly retainer. We take on a single listing just as readily as your whole shop. The price depends on the scope and on whether a listing needs new titles and tags, edited photos, or both. After the analysis you get a written quote with a fixed price. Advertising and shop management run monthly, and you pay the ad budget directly to Etsy.

Yes, especially then, because we also work per listing. You can start with a single listing, see the result and decide what to do next.

No. We work from your photos. What matters is sharp shots of every side and of the details, in daylight. If your existing photos aren't enough, you get a list of the missing shots and how to take them with a phone.

Generally, no. Etsy requires your own photos of the actual item; computer-generated images are only allowed as additional images for personalised items and for designs printed by a production partner. Correcting light, colour and background is fine as long as the item stays the same. That's why we don't create AI scenes; we edit real photos.

Yes, as long as your shop made less than 10,000 US dollars in the past twelve months. If you take part, the fee is 15 percent on orders that come through these ads. Above 10,000 US dollars, taking part is mandatory; the fee drops to 12 percent, capped at 100 US dollars per order. We work out with you beforehand whether taking part is worth it.

No. Etsy lets shop owners invite other people as team members using their own accounts. That way we can manage listings and messages without seeing your financial information. You can remove our access at any time.

Etsy picks up changed titles and tags quickly. But search also weighs how often an item is clicked, favourited and bought, and takes your reviews and message response time into account. So the effect usually becomes noticeable within a few weeks. We don't guarantee specific rankings.

Yes. We write English, German and Turkish directly in each language. Buyers abroad search with different words than an automatic translation produces, so we research the search terms for each language separately.

No. You order photos and copy as a one-off project, for one listing or your whole shop, with no contract running for months. Advertising and shop management run monthly, and we don't ask for a long commitment there either.

The next step

From Etsy shop to your own online store.

Sellers who grow on Etsy often reach a point where they want their own online store, without a fee on every sale. The photos and copy from your Etsy listings can be reused there, and we can build the store itself as part of our web and e-commerce service.
