Selling online in Germany: the rules your online shop must follow
Before selling online in Germany: Impressum, checkout button, the new withdrawal button, packaging registration, EU responsible person, VAT and customs.

Concept, design and development under one roof. SEO, measurement and maintenance are part of the plan from day one.
Discuss your projectStarting point
It no longer reflects what your business offers today. Visitors leave without getting in touch.
A muddled layout, slow loading or awkward navigation puts people off enquiring or buying.
Product data, copy and categories are inconsistent; the potential of Google Shopping and SEO remains untapped.
The ads are live, but they lead to pages that fit neither the offer nor the audience.
Your site is only in one language. Anyone who doesn't speak it well either leaves or has to call you to ask. Adding a language later is more expensive and riskier than building it in from the start.
Scope
We build company websites that make your offer clear and earn trust, plus landing pages that give each campaign a single goal. When we relaunch a site, we redirect every old URL to the matching new page, so the rankings you've built up over the years survive the move. If your site needs more than one language, each language gets its own pages from the start, properly linked to the others. Adding languages later is expensive and risky. Structure, speed and measurement are part of the build, not bolted on after launch.

We build sales-ready online shops with WooCommerce, Shopify or custom development: product structure and variants, payment and shipping, tax settings. Product pages are built to sell, and search and filtering are set up to keep the path to the basket short. The Google Merchant Center feed is connected straight away, so you're ready to run shopping ads later without a separate project. Stock, orders and customer data come together in one dashboard, and you can run the shop yourself if you want to.

Going live is the beginning, not the end. Updates, security checks and backups run on a schedule, and we keep an eye on speed and errors, so most problems are fixed before your customers notice. The site grows with your business: new pages, another language or a CRM or ERP integration can be added when you need them. We report what we've done in plain English, so maintenance is never a black box.

Our approach
When we hand over the site, we show you how to run it. Small text changes are something you can do yourself. We're happy to handle maintenance, but we'll never make you dependent on us.
No account managers in between: we handle concept, design and development ourselves.
Your domain, hosting, admin access and all accounts are set up in your company's name.
Process
Goals, audience, your current site and competitors: together we work out what your site needs to achieve.
We agree page structure, content and design with you. Development only starts once you've signed them off.
We build the site in the chosen system: mobile-friendly, fast and ready for measurement. The SEO foundations are in place from the outset.
The site goes live with redirects and measurement in place. Then we maintain and improve it based on real data.
Technology
We choose the technology to fit your needs, not the other way round.

We tailor the design, page structure and content blocks of your company website to your business. Speed, security and SEO foundations are in place from day one, and we can take care of updates and technical maintenance for you. Whenever you want, your team can add new content themselves without breaking the design.

We build a custom online shop that runs under one roof with your WordPress content. We design product pages to sell, set up payment and shipping, and bring products, stock and orders together in a single dashboard. Blog and campaign pages link straight to your products, shortening the path from content to purchase.

If you want to start selling fast, we set up your Shopify store end to end. We tailor the design to your brand, prepare the product catalogue, payment and shipping settings, and hand it over ready to sell. The platform takes care of the technical updates, so we can focus on campaigns and conversion improvements that grow your sales.

For projects that outgrow off-the-shelf systems, we build your website from scratch with modern technologies such as Next.js. The design is shaped around your brand, pages are optimised for speed, and integrations with CRM, ERP or payment systems are built to fit your needs. The code and infrastructure belong entirely to you.
Marketplaces
Many sellers don't only sell through their own shop. For Amazon and Etsy we take on product images, listing copy, keywords and advertising.
If you also sell on Amazon, we create the images and listings and manage the advertising.
If you sell handmade work on Etsy, we edit your photos and write listings around the words your buyers search for.
FAQ
It depends on who'll be updating the content, how many products you sell and which integrations you need. After the analysis we recommend the system that fits and explain why.
Four to eight weeks is typical for a company website, provided that text and images arrive in the week we agreed. What sets the pace is usually not development but whether the content is ready; a single unfinished section moves the whole schedule. An online shop takes longer depending on the number of products and variants; after the analysis we set out the schedule page by page.
Either of us can. If you write, we tell you what belongs on each page and roughly how long it should be, so you're not staring at a blank page. Writing it yourself saves budget, but usually not time, and we'd rather say that up front. If writing slows you down, we write and you review and approve.
We don't do fixed-price packages, because a five-page company site and a three-language online shop aren't the same job. What drives the budget: the number of pages and languages, the product and variant structure if there's a shop, whether an off-the-shelf system will do or you need custom development, and who produces the content. After the analysis you get an itemised quote. No surprises afterwards.
We plan the move from the start: existing URLs are listed and redirected one by one to the new pages, metadata is carried over, and we check the result in Search Console after launch. Short-term fluctuation is normal; lasting losses come from an unplanned move.
You do. Domain, hosting, the installation or source code and all accounts are set up in your company's name, and you hold the logins. If we part ways, the site stays with you, along with its data and admin access. Nothing needs to be moved.
No. You can run the site yourself; we hand it over with a short introduction to updating content. If we take on maintenance, updates, security checks, backups and speed monitoring run on a schedule, and there's no minimum term: you can stop at any time with one month's notice.
